Once as I was laying on the couch, he grabbed a pillow, layed it on the floor next to the couch, grabbed my hand, and said, "Mama, there." The first time he did this, I thought he wanted to lay next to me so I hopped down to snuggle with him. No sooner had I gotten off, he was up on the couch blissfully reclining. Nice, Jefferson.
He absolutely loves airplanes. One day he randomly started moving all the kitchen chairs into a corner. I couldn't figure out what he was doing until he ran and got his airplanes. By removing the chairs, he could walk endlessly around the kitchen table with his planes--the perfect runway.
Another time, I was on the phone with my mom and she asked me what was the matter with Jefferson. It probably sounded horrific on the other end, but I hardly noticed the noise. Jefferson was just doing his airplane take off and landing screech. I told her he was just playing planes. She was like, "Wow, he really gets into it."
And last but not least, here is the little guy with his cool fish hat. He found his old crib mobile and decided to repurpose it. The funny thing is that he kept it on his head for half an hour. This is from a kid who hardly lets me put anything on him.
