Back to normal

We had a great Christmas and hope you did too! We got to go to Florida this year (Thanks Mom and Dad--I don't think you can ever top that gift), and we really enjoyed the warm weather. We also got to spend a night with Jason's family and have our own little Christmas. It was great to have everyone in our little house! I just can't believe how much I love our two families. It's been a while since I have posted, so I'll catch you up on everything. Pretty much everything is the same with Jason and me. Jason is busy as our ward welfare committe chair, and he put together a great service project during November and December. We redid the entire house and yard for a single mother of 5. It was a lot of work! Of course he is still biking and working, but he has a had a couple weeks off from biking and a week off of work. I think he enjoyed the break. He is also getting our house in tip top shape. It never ends though!

I am still working on that pesky thesis. I am now cleared to actually start the project so if you know anyone who wants to do 6 FHE lessons, let me know! I need 80 families. Yikes! I am also busy as the primary president--but thankfully the ward just has a nursery so it's not too crazy. I am also getting into digital scrapbooking and hope to finish a baby book for Jefferson by his birthday.

Jefferson is changing every day! He is already 10 months old. Wow--that went too fast. He is the most talkative little boy and loves to make all sorts of sounds. He army crawls around, but prefers to be carried places. He refuses to say my name (except when he cries) but rattles off dada all the time. He is teaser and is just a happy kid. He also has a little stubborn streak in him. Oh, and he loves chocolate chips :)
